How to read your ticket

>	Information on your Electronic Ticket ANA eticket sample Your personal particulars (full name, age and gender) will be printed on the electronic ticket. At booking, if you have given us your mileage card membership number it will be indicated on the eticket too. Field ① and ② state your departing and returning flights. It includes the date, flight number, departure and arrival time, departing airport and arriving airport. Example: (2nd JAN 2011, Sunday, Flight number ANA53, Haneda Airport 08:00h - Chitose 09:35h) QR Code You will also noticed on the right-hand side of the eticket comes the QR Code (square version, 2-dimensional barcodes). It allows easy check in for flight by using the automated check-in machines at the airport. Tips: A convenient way is to store your eticket information on your mobile phone (only for phone models in Japan) by downloading the QR code to your phone. Eticket Confirmation Number Similarly, you can also check in for your flight and retrieve your boarding ticket by using the automated check-in machines at the airport. Simply key in the 9-digits number on your electronic ticket.
>	Service Vouchers/Coupons Sample of a ski equipment rental coupon and ski lift pass coupon Your are required to present the original vouchers in order to redeem for the service. Name of the person using will be indicated on every voucher. The description of the service, rental duration and starting date of the service will be indicated on the voucher. Other informations like on where to redeem the service and name of service provider's can be found on the voucher too. No refunds are allowed for vouchers not utilised. Vouchers cannot be reissued.

On the Electronic Ticket it includes information of your reserved flights with the date, flight number, cabin class reserved, seat number, departure and arrival time, departing airport and arriving airport. QR Code You will also noticed on the top left-hand side of the eticket comes the QR Code (square version, 2-dimensional barcodes). It allows easy check in for flight by using the self check-in machines at the airport. Eticket Confirmation Number Similarly, you can also check in for your flight and retrieve your boarding ticket by using the automated check-in machines at the airport. Simply key in the 8-digits number on your electronic ticket right below the QR code.
>	Service Vouchers/Coupons Redeeming your JAL Resort Coupon Set. A coupon based system is used for some of JAL optional items. Whether it is for purchasing of the lift passes, ski equipment rentals, lunch or dinner option, just to name a few. Instead of exchanging the voucher directly with the vendor, you will have to visit the JAL Tour desk counter at the airport for collection of a new set of coupons. You are required to exchange your voucher for the JAL Resort Coupon set after your arrival at New Chitose Airport. Original voucher is required to redeem the JAL Resort Coupons. The merit of the JAL Resort coupons is such that any excess or unutilised coupons can be used for other purposes, for example; to purchase dinner at your hotel, or it can be used for your shopping at the Airport Blue Sky Jalux Duty Free Shops. Each coupon is worth 500yen and no refunds are allowed.

>	Information on your Electronic Ticket Skymark Airlines Travel Voucher Your full name will be printed on the electronic ticket. Should there be more than 1 passenger, all passengers will be sharing 1 copy of the travel voucher. On the Electronic Ticket it includes information of your reserved flights with the date, flight number, cabin class reserved, seat number, departure and arrival time, departing airport and arriving airport. QR Code You will also noticed on the top right-hand side of the eticket comes the QR Code (square version, 2-dimensional barcodes). It allows easy check in for flight by using the self check-in unit at the airport. Important note When using Narita International Airport, for security reasons, all passengers must produce identification at the entrance of the terminal building. Please make sure you bring along a passport, driving license, student card or any form of identification with you otherwise you will be refused from entering the building.
