All rates quoted include driver, tax, tolls, tips and parking (except regular Taxi and Jumbo Taxi transfers).
Prices are per vehicle and varies according to vehicle types and models.
There is no extra charge for luggage however the number of luggages must conform to the stipulated maximum number of pieces allowed.
Our driver or an airport coordinator who speaks your language will be waiting for you with a hand-held sign with your name just after you walk out of the custom clearance area at the arrival hall. This meet and assist service is included for all airport pick ups (except on taxis) to ensure a seamless travel experience. You will be shown to the waiting vehicle parked at the carpark or a designated waiting area. It is therefore important that you keep us informed of your arrival flight, and even when there is any delays caused by late arrival of the aircraft, we will be notified and will dispatch our driver accordingly.
An emergency contact number will also be given to you before you depart on your trip. This is to ensure that in the unlikely event that you cannot locate us at the airport, you can call us so that we can provide immediate assistance.

Child seats must be used at all times for children under the age of 5, and are provided free of charge, please remember to indicate in your booking application if required.
Infants are counted as passengers as they are required by the law to be strapped under the child seat.
Our safety certified child seats are bulky and takes up the seating space of an adult.
We strictly adhere to safety regulations and to avoid any insurance complications.
